TIP MENJAGA KESIHATAN


Saya menerima satu e-mail daripada rakan berkenaan penjagaan kesihatan. Mana tahu ia boleh dipraktikan dan diamalkan.

  1. Mendengar perbualan melalui telefon menggunakan telinga kiri.
  2. Minum kopi hanya sekali sehari sahaja.
  3. Mengambil ubat jenis pill dengan meminum air suam sahaja.
  4. Mengambil makanan berat sebelum jam 5 petang setiap hari.
  5. Kurangkan pengambilan makanan berminyak.
  6. Minum banyak air di pagi hari dan kurangkan pengambilan air di waktu malam.
  7. Tidak berada berdekatan pengecas bateri telefon semasa mengecas.
  8. Kurangkan penggunaan telefon atau alat pendengar untuk tempoh masa yang lama.
  9. Tidur seawal jam 10.00 malam untuk bangun pada jam 6.00 pagi
  10. Tidak terus berbaring untuk tidur selepas mengambil ubat.
  11. Tidak menjawab telefon jika bateri telefon akan habis kerana anda akan terdedah kepada 1000 kali radiasi.
Sekadar pengetahuan masih perlu mendapat pengesahan doktor yang bertauliah.
